Co-Founder of PPOIC
Between 1997 and 2001, Jason ran a youth center in Chicago for two years, was the “baseball coordinator” on the Paramount Pictures movie “Hardball” starring Keanu Reeves, trained the late Bernie Mac for his role in the movie “Mr 3000” and was the Head Hitting instructor at a baseball academy, before finding his path in sales.
In 2001, Jason co-founded Planned Packaging of Illinois Corp. (PPOIC), a full-line industrial packaging distributor. PPOIC distributes all mediums of packaging, including, but not limited to, pallets, films, boxes, tapes and bags. PPOIC expanded into manufacturing with the opening of Planned Packaging of North Carolina (PPONC) and Planned Packaging of Tennessee (PPOTN) in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Both divisions manufacture pallets and crates.
Jason is a co-founder of Cornerstone Educational Foundation (CEF), a non-for-profit organization that provides college tuition scholarships for underprivileged high school students in Lake County, IL. CEF also provides support to various organizations by providing mentoring, job training, and career assessment.
A devoted Christian, successful entrepreneur and proud father, Jason is a strong believer in being well rounded. When not running his businesses, he can be found either spending time with his family or golfing.
This event is crucial to CEF’s ability to provide scholarships to college-bound youth. Since its inception, CEF has been able to provide multiple scholarships every year.
Please support PPOIC and its efforts in help deserving youth by going to the CEF site and either register for the golf outing or making a tax-free contribution.
